Is Your Life Being Turned Upside Down By Fertility Challenges?

Are you a woman trying to conceive via IUI, IVF, egg/sperm donor, or surrogacy?

Has your ongoing fertility journey left you feeling isolated, frustrated, and emotionally overwhelmed?

Do you wish you had a safe space to process your grief and frustration while also receiving helpful coping strategies for navigating the ever-challenging fertility treatment process?

When you discover that alternative routes are needed on the path to conception and achieving your goals for starting a family, the door cracks wide open to feelings of uncertainty, disappointment, and grief. Every time an opportunity to conceive presents itself, it’s impossible not to become hopeful for a successful outcome.

When the countless physical, emotional, and financial sacrifices you make don’t lead to conception, grief often intensifies. And the longer your journey takes, the more your vulnerability has the potential to cause anxiety and depression that can be difficult to manage alone.

Do You Have Questions About Fertility Workshops?

Fertility Challenges Can Leave You Feeling Isolated And Misunderstood

Rather than try to explain the fertility journey to someone who has never walked in your shoes, perhaps you are looking to connect with others in a group setting who share a similar experience—women who know how it feels to feel exhausted, disconnected from their bodies, and suffering from ongoing disappointment.

As fertility counseling specialists, our therapists understand how overwhelming the grief, frustration, and emotional pain you are experiencing can be. In addition to individual fertility counseling, we also have therapist-facilitated group workshops available.

Fertility Workshops Through Mental Health Counseling Source

Our practice is pleased to offer a seven-part workshop series designed for women who need emotional support, connection, education, and helpful coping strategies along their fertility journey. Each one-hour workshop will provide group counseling focused on different aspects of fertility, such as how to cope with decision fatigue, the benefits of boundary-setting, and managing the uncertainty inherent in the process.

Our fertility workshop will be held monthly and can be attended individually or as an ongoing series, offering you the flexibility to attend as many or as few as you like. Every month, we will focus on the unique challenges of fertility treatment and offer helpful takeaways you can apply to your journey. The topics we’ll cover include:
